Dear Trai/PMO,
I would like to apologise to writing directly but now I have no option left.
This is regarding malpractice by IDEA-CELLULAR,
1. I have paid them Rs 3000 (Rupees Three Thousand only) in April 2015 for roaming deposit. They failed to provide the roaming services for next 10 days after successful payment.
2. I asked them to return my deposit, and filled the application form twice in last 18 months, but they rejected for no reason.[Even they tried to convince me to convert for auto bill pay as returning deposit is very cumbersome process, (on call)]
3. Even I emailed them, Tweet their customer care but all in vein.
4. When you miss the bill payment they charges for late payment but they never return the money which they don't owe. So they hold my Rs 3000 for last 18 months for no reason and just avoiding me.
5. I think that is their normal behaviour to avoid customer and reserve the money for their USAGE.
6. There is so many follow up with Idea customer executives and tweets, follow ups which I can add if required.
"Think if they have 1 crores of customers and 10% applied for such services and did not get back their deposits. So 10lacs * 3000 = 300 crores" i.e. freeand above data is just a sub set, and if we can know the exact figure, god knows how much they have free of interest.
Even if that is false I am still ONE customer, they owe Rs 3000.
Please help me. I don't know how I will get my money back.

Do not take time please, I have made my mind and it is not gonna change in any way. Even if you try to return my IR bending some rule, I am not going to stay.
